What an amazing demonstration of culture, celebration, cross-cultural and cross-generational relationships!

In these photos and video, we can truly appreciate the drumming, the music, the dance, the drama and most of all the diversity of expression. Thank you to Akiko Hawkins and the Okinawa (Japan) group as well as Peter Hoe along with the Eagle Eye Chinesee Dancing Group.

A highlight was the celebration of our volunteer visitors who brighten the day of lonely migrant seniors enabled by the support of our wonderful sponsors for the event, Yvonne Timson, CEO of Fortis PICAC WA.

Then there were the wonderful, aged care providers who enabled the participation of their seniors in the event such as MYVISTA, Brightwater, Hall & Prior to mention a few.

Where else would you see CEOs helping to set up the afternoon tea? Thank you to Irene Mooney and Yvonne Timson for supporting our wonderful staff (Shrutika Bhagwat and Roshaal Robert) and our amazing Board (Dr Anne Butorac) led and organised Mary Gurgone, Chairperson and Office Manager of AfCAS, in making the day a huge success.
